Our company České teplo has developed a concept of entirely independent mobile boiler rooms providing an output of 1 MW and using army containers as a base platform. This solution is suitable for instance in cases of emergency situations, boiler room reconstruction, buildings, or for the launching of biogas stations.

• It can be deployed without using a crane; a hook lifter is sufficient.
• There is no need for a hardened surface because the container is equipped with its own stabilisation system.
• The boiler room has standard transport dimensions and therefore is not considered an oversize load during transport.
• Dual-fuel solution, natural gas – heating oil.
• 1 MW output, maximum outlet temperature of 95°C.
• Integrated 30 kVA diesel generator with automatic start in case of power supply interruption.
• Integrated natural gas regulation station working with an inlet pressure from 300 kPa to 2.5 kPa.
• Electronic outlet pump dimensioned for a heating system up to 2 km of length.
• Option to provide power to heating cables or external peripheries directly from sockets integrated within the container casing.
• Expansion automat with a heating system degassing function.
• Water softening system with corrosion inhibitor dosing.
• Integrated protection against freezing in the event of a malfunction.
