The Company

History

• In 1996, the Pražská teplárenská a.s. and Greentherm Holding a.s. companies, specialising in operating energy resources and networks, jointly established a company that was given the name Česká teplárenská s.r.o.
• In 1997, under the present name České teplo s.r.o., we entered the field of heat production and distribution.
• In 1999 we became a private company.
• In 2001, as part of our expansion strategy, we opened a dealership in Prague. In 2003, our registered office relocated to Prague as well.
• In 2005, we entered the field of production and sale of electricity.
• In 2007, we commenced cooperation with respect to developer projects.
• In 2009, we expanded our scope of activity to include data services.
• In 2013, we started selling gas and electricity to households.
