• financing of realisation of the construction or reconstruction of the energy equipment without the need for any direct investment on the part of the customer by means of EC (Energy Contracting) – i.e., the money invested in the construction or reconstruction will be repaid to our Company after concluding the contract for supplies of heat energy as a proportion of the price of the supplied thermal energy (according to the methodology of the Energy Regulatory Office)
• financing of the projects through the EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) method – we will ensure realisation of energy savings by providing our own financing, which will be repaid within a reasonable time from provably saved operational costs
