České teplo presents itself on the market as an energy supplier, a systemic integrator of energy flows and a provider of energy facility management.

Part of this profile is also the Company's own technical team for the realisation of energy projects. We offer our clients turnkey projects covering all stages from the study to realisation, or the possibility to build upon any stage of already elaborated documentation.

Each project is handled by a team of experienced colleagues recruited from within the area of the heat industry, technical equipment of buildings, electrical installations, or measurement and regulation.

We provide our clients with a comprehensive and open approach with regard to solutions to energy supplies. Our offer includes a case study which will map the energy flows of the production technology of the client, and proposes the concept of integration and optimalisation. We shall also prepare an economic assessment of the investment and the project specification, the elaboration and subsequent realisation of which is always carried out while taking into account the needs and wishes of the client. Our experience in the application of our own cogeneration units, absorption cooling and renewable sources allows us to regard modern trends from the client's perspective and to take due account also of the economic side, i.e., the return on investment.

We are able to commence cooperation with the client by using our own financial resources and to ensure financing of energy projects generating savings either through the EPC or by including the investment in the energy supplies agreement in accordance with valid regulations of the Energy Regulatory Office.

Our Company responds to the increasing demand for a cheaper alternative to the central heat supply and offers independent energy turnkey solutions in the form of more economical and environmentally-friendly low-emission natural gas boiler rooms in buildings. České teplo is also able to invest in the client's equipment and to include the invested amount in the energy supply contract in accordance with valid regulations of the Energy Regulatory Office.
